By accessing and placing an order with SERÉN, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. These terms apply to the entire website and any communication between you and SERÉN.

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment is accepted via Cash on Delivery (COD). The full order amount, including shipping fees, is due upon delivery.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address and are displayed at checkout. Estimated shipping fees are as follows:

• Cairo & Giza — 82 EGP
• Alexandria — 97 EGP
• Other governorates — 117 EGP

SERÉN is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our collections and the limited quantities produced, SERÉN does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review and arrange a suitable resolution if applicable.

SERÉN is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect size or product selection, improper care or washing, or normal wear and tear.
